Draslovka unit to acquire ex-Natron sodium-ion battery IP

Covoro Mining Solutions, the US subsidiary of Draslovka and operator of a large solid sodium cyanide plant, agreed to acquire the Prussian Blue and Prussian White Analogue sodium-ion battery IP portfolio originally developed by Natron Energy. Draslovka says the purchase completes a vertically integrated Western sodium-ion value chain. Terms were not disclosed.
