Energy Services of America closes $6.95M FAMCO acquisition

Huntington, West Virginia-based contractor Energy Services of America, through a subsidiary, bought substantially all operating assets of FAMCO, a West Virginia utility contractor focused on water and sewer infrastructure. The $6.95 million base price, paid in cash and stock, is subject to adjustments, with a portion withheld pending a post-closing true-up.
