Ewing Morris tenders for 6.8% of Decibel Cannabis
Canadian investment manager Ewing Morris offered to buy up to 2,617,801 Decibel shares at $1.91 in cash, roughly $5.0 million (Canadian). Decibel says it is not an offer to acquire the company, and management and the board will not tender.
