FF EAI Robotics completes purchase of Faraday Future's robotics unit
FFR completed its acquisition of Faraday Future's robotics business on October 23, creating a Nasdaq-listed humanoid and bionic robotics platform. YT Jia was named FFR CEO, and FFR guided to about 2,000 robot shipments in 2026.
