Omen AI buys Aquatic Labs in $16M cash-and-stock deal

Omen AI, which builds real-time sensors for data center cooling fluids, acquired Aquatic Labs, whose sensor measures alkalinity, for $16 million in cash and stock. Aquatic Labs founder Allan Adams becomes Omen's chief science officer.
