Parkview Health to acquire Ovation Healthcare

Fort Wayne-based Parkview Health, Indiana's largest rural healthcare provider, signed an agreement to acquire Ovation Healthcare, which provides shared services to hospitals, health systems and physician practices. After closing, the companies will combine operations under the Ovation Healthcare brand.
