Peak Rock's CCFF buys Skjodt-Barrett's nutritional ingredients division
CCFF, a specialty ingredients maker backed by Peak Rock Capital, bought CNI, a 40-year maker of bar layers, fillings and toppings for foodservice and brands. CNI will keep the Skjodt-Barrett Foods tradename; terms were not disclosed.
