Miami-based industrial holding company Right Lane Industries sold Bold Renewables, a Windsor, Colorado provider of field service, spare parts, preventative maintenance and training for utility-scale solar inverters, to Integrated Power Services. Right Lane acquired Bold in 2019 through a carveout from Advanced Energy. Financial terms were not disclosed.
