Ryder acquires Efficiency Enterprises
Ryder bought Efficiency Enterprises, a regional provider of fleet management, maintenance and leasing for trucks, trailers and material handling equipment. The deal adds locations in Florida, New York, Maryland and Delaware and about 50 technicians. Terms were not disclosed.
