Unilever sells bandage brand Welly to Forward Consumer Partners
Forward Consumer Partners signed an agreement to acquire Welly Health PBC from Unilever. Welly is a first-aid and bandage brand created in 2018 by serial entrepreneur Eric Ryan. Financial terms were not disclosed.
