AOSN acquires portfolio of veterinary specialty practices

AOSN acquired clinics from brands including Arizona Veterinary Dental Specialists, Dentistry and Oral Surgery for Animals, Dermatology for Animals, Eye Care for Animals and Veterinary Cancer Group. The combined network has over 300 veterinary specialists and residents. Terms were not disclosed.

Why it matters: The deal makes AOSN the largest dedicated U.S. outpatient veterinary specialty business.
