Grindr completes acquisition of Freddie parent PurposeMed

Grindr completed its purchase of PurposeMed, parent of Freddie, a telehealth provider of PrEP and HIV prevention care in the U.S. and Canada. Freddie and its clinical network partnerships move into Grindr Health. Terms were not disclosed in the release.

Why it matters: The deal makes PrEP access the foundation of Grindr Health.
