Australia's Stakk closes $63M ParaScript deal to build fraud-fighting platform

ASX-listed Stakk Limited has completed its acquisition of ParaScript, LLC and ParaScript Management, Inc., a Boulder, Colorado AI document-processing specialist, for $63 million (A$88.7 million). The combination creates an expanded, profitable AI-driven digital trust platform focused on fighting fraud.
