KKR's CIRCOR to acquire Italy's Green Silence Group
CIRCOR, a KKR-owned flow control manufacturer for industrial and naval markets, signed a definitive agreement to acquire Green Silence Group S.p.A., an Italian provider of hydraulic pumps, electric motors and engineering solutions, bringing together its Settima, Motive and Spin businesses. Terms were not disclosed.
