Lepage Millwork to acquire Fenêtres MQ from Andersen
Family-owned Canadian fenestration maker Lepage Millwork agreed to acquire Fenêtres MQ, a custom luxury window and door brand with manufacturing in Italy, from Andersen, which bought it in 2017. Closing is targeted for December 2026; terms were not disclosed.
