50+ port terminalsPrivate equity buyout·Transportation & Logistics
A.P. Moller Capital has agreed, through a separately managed fund vehicle, to acquire a majority stake in Euroports Group, which runs more than 50 deep-sea and inland terminals across 10 European countries and China and handles over 70 million tonnes of cargo a year.
